Khama Worthy Cut From UFC, Thankful For Opportunity

As Khama Worthy parts ways with the UFC, he said he’s still thankful.

Worthy, 35, has been cut from the UFC after his five appearances inside the octagon.

“I just got word from my management team that I’ve been cut from the UFC.
I just wanted to thank the @ufc and @danawhite for the amazing opportunity!

He had a great start.

In his debut, he defeated Devonte Smith with brutal KO and Luis Pena in the third round via submission.

However, he went on to suffer three knockout losses in a row — all in the first round.

Totally, he earned 16 victories and suffered nine losses in his professional MMA career. Eight out of nine defeats are via TKO or KO.
