Khamzat Chimaev Sends A Warning To Nate Diaz In The Buildup To UFC 279
UFC 279 is going to be a jam-packed event with many battles to look forward to. One fighter that is looking forward to this event is Khamzat ‘Borz’ Chimaev.
The three-time Swedish national champion will go up against Nate Diaz. Chimaev has sent a warning to Diaz about causing any chaos in the buildup to UFC 279.
Borz is going into this fight on the back of 11 wins and no losses. He last competed in April against Gilbert Burns at UFC 273. The event is going to take place on Saturday, September 10th at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada.
“Actually, when he speaks, I’ll be honest with you, I don’t understand so much. I don’t think the guy’s talking in good English. He smokes too much, so that’s why his English is a bit different. My English is not perfect as well.” Chimaev said.
“We will see what happens. I’m gonna have some fun and sit there. If he wants to fight with his team, I’ll have like 20 guys with me. We’ll fight with him, all the teams. I would love it if something went crazy.
The Swede only kept affirming that if Diaz were to cause trouble before Saturday, he isn’t afraid of a fight.
“If they wanna fight before (Saturday), f*ck the money brother, I’m gonna fight with them. I love to fight. It’s what I love, my work is to fight. I was born for war.”
