Former UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev (15-1) will headline Real America Freestyle Wrestling 10 against Dillon Danis (2-0) on June 13 in St. Louis, Missouri.
RAF confirmed the matchup, with the announcement coming just days after Chimaev dropped his UFC middleweight title to Sean Strickland at UFC 328 last weekend. Chimaev lost a split decision in his first defense of the belt, as he experienced his first UFC loss.
There were reports Chimaev struggled to make weight, as his future at middleweight is uncertain. There are reports Chimaev will move up to light heavyweight, but he has also asked for a rematch, which would most likely take place at middleweight. For now, Chimaev will want to remain active and return to winning ways.
