Kron Gracie remarkably left a UFC 288 poster-autograph session early because of Henry Cejudo.
Cejudo, with a record of 16-2, makes his return after a three-year break to fight Aljamain Sterling for the bantamweight title at UFC 288.
His last fight was a win against Dominick Cruz to defend his bantamweight title. In contrast, Gracie (5-1) hasn’t fought since his loss to Cub Swanson.
And now he faces Charles Jourdain, who will be looking to bounce back following back-to-back losses. With that being said, both fighters had a lot on their mind in the run-up to their fights.
Gracie and Cejudo were signing posters together until the sudden change in tune. While they were signing, Cejudo inquired about Nate Diaz’s potential presence at the fight.
Gracie responded in the negative. Thereafter, Kron decided to walk away unexpectedly, claiming that he would sign the posters once Cejudo had finished.
In the video below, we can see the conversation playing out as follows:

“Cejudo: Is Nate coming?
Gracie: No, it’s his kid’s birthday.
Cejudo: Oh ya. Nate. God, I’m good looking.
Graice: When he’s done, let me know.
Cejudo: Nah, he said when I’m done. Is he mad at me?”
