KSI Vs. Fury & Paul Vs. Danis PPV Numbers May Be A Lot Less Than Initially Reported
The KSI vs. Tommy Fury PPV numbers have been disputed, following the initial claim that the fight had done $1.3 million buys.
The main event on October 14th, 2023, had high expectations given the build up. While the card may not have reached the expectations that was expected, it did nevertheless offer up many controversial talking points that dominated social media. KSI had attempted to beat Fury and outdo Jake Paul’s attempts at securing a win following the latter’s split-decision loss. In the aftermath of the result, which was initially a majority-decision win for Fury, KSI branded the result a robbery.
However, in the aftermath, Judge Rafael Ramos’ scorecard had been added up incorrectly as the result was changed to a unanimous decision win instead. Meanwhile, the co-main event between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis resulted in the latter being disqualified after attempting two-failed MMA moves.

Despite the controversy surrounding both fights, reporter Dave Meltzer disputed the figures. According to Happy Punch, the fight did 1.3 million buys that generated $70 million due to the PPV price of $54.99. And yet, Meltzer places the figure closer to 100,000 buys, which puts the revenue at $5.5 million. Neither KSI nor Paul have responded to the claims, but the social media response to the fight indicated a huge disappointment at the event.
