Location For The Errol Spence Jr Vs. Terence Crawford Undisputed Title Fight Revealed

Terence Crawford already knows where his fight with Errol Spence Jr will go down.

Crawford, the WBO welterweight champion, said on Shawn Porter’s podcast, “The Porter Way,” that he will meet Spence, the IBF, WBC and WBA welterweight titlist, in Las Vegas.

“We coming to Vegas. Gotta have somewhere neutral,” Crawford said.

Spence fought most recently against Yordenis Ugas, on April 16, in his home state of Texas where he captured Ugas’ WBA title by tenth-round TKO. Spence’s fight before that was also in Texas – in Arlington – where he defended his two belts by unanimous decision over Danny Garcia.

Crawford, of Omaha, Nebraska, has fought in Las Vegas for his last two fights.

The first was in 2020 against Kell Brook, who he dismantled by TKO in the fourth round. Then he overcame Shawn Porter by tenth-round TKO in November of 2021.

Contracts have yet to be signed, but Crawford and Porter have openly agreed that this is the fight to happen.

“I’m excited about it,” Crawford said.

“I just can’t wait till the contract gets signed. I get to go to training camp; I just picture myself walking down that aisle to put on a great show. I know me, I’ve been waiting for this moment all my life to show, everybody that doubt me, who Terence Crawford is. It’s right there.”
