Logan Paul Fires Back At Jake: You Get Beat Up By My Sparring Partners
Logan Paul has responded to his brother Jake’s unfavorable comments about his fight with Floyd Mayweather.
On Feb. 20, Logan will share the ring with Mayweather in an exhibition boxing match. The bout will air live on Fanmio PPV. The experience gap between the two is apparent. Logan has just one pro bout and one amateur fight. He is 0-1 as a pro with the loss coming at the hands of fellow YouTuber KSI. Meanwhile, Mayweather is a Hall of Fame elect and a former multi-division champion who retired with a perfect record of 50-0.
Jake recently told TMZ Sports that his brother is “f*cked” against Mayweather. He also expressed his belief that the fight is bad for the sport of boxing.
During an edition of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, Logan fired back at his brother (via BJPenn.com).
“I fully support Jake. Whatever drama he wants to stir or create, it really doesn’t bother me. Like, ‘Oh, you’re a fake boxer.’ Okay. Let’s box, because Jake is the kid that gets beat up by my sparring partners. That’s that kid.
“I’ve become like rubber sheet metal, dude. In this fight, everyone’s saying a lot of things. And, for good reason. I’m fighting Floyd f**king Mayweather. So I’ve literally become immune to [everything], I’ve heard it all.”
Jake has also dabbled into the world of boxing. He is 2-0 as a pro with wins over YouTuber AnEsonGib and former NBA star Nate Robinson. Paul has been targeting MMA fighters as of late, especially Conor McGregor and Dillon Danis.
