Loma Wants Davis At Lightweight

Less than a week after shoulder surgery, Vasyl Lomachenko called out Gervonta Davis.

The WBA lightweight world champion Vasyl Lomachenko, who is in Los Angeles following the surgery to repair an injury following his win against Jorge Linares last month, told TMZ that he’d fight Davis under one condition.

“If he goes to my weight category, to my next weight category [I’ll fight him]. Why not? I’m ready. I’m at 135,” Lomachenko said.

Lomachenko also told TMZ reporters that he’s setting up for a return to the ring in December, and that Davis or Mikey Garcia would be the two he’d want to square off against.
