Manny Pacquiao Training Hard For Errol Spence Fight

Manny Pacquiao, the only eight-division world champion, is looking sharp as ever in preparation for his showdown against IBF and WBC welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. The 42-year-old boxing veteran has taken to social media to upload a new video of him hitting the pads with his trainer.

Pacquiao is not showing any signs of age stopping him from competing at the highest level. He has been scheduled to lock horns with 11 years younger opponent, Error Spence Junior, on August 21.

The Pac Man has a 62-7-2 record which speaks volumes of his boxing capabilities. His last fight took place before the COVID-19 pandemic paused sporting events across the world in 2020. The 42-year-old had fought and defeated Keith Thurman via split decision to win the WBA (Super) welterweight title.

What shocked the fans was when Spence was announced as the Pac Man’s next opponent amid the talks of other big names in the combat sports. Former UFC champion Conor McGregor, Ryan Garcia and Mikey Garcia had made it public that they were poised to take on the 42-year-old boxing legend.

However, Spence has leapfrogged them after an impressive outing against Danny Garcia, whom he dominated the entire fight. This was Spence’s first fight in nearly 15 months.
