Marvin Vettori Vs. Robert Whittaker Rescheduled For September
Marvin Vettori and Robert Whittaker will still be meeting each other in the octagon.
Vettori and Whittaker finally rescheduled their battle. They were supposed to fight at UFC 275 in Singapore, but Whittaker was forced out due to some injuries.
Vettori was looking for a rival, but the UFC could not find anyone for him.
Vettori talked a lot about being the only middleweight who was not out from the bout. Now he says that their battle will be held in Paris and has started trash talks with the former middleweight champion.
“Alright so I guess since I can’t find an opponent any earlier I’m fighting Whittaker in Paris. You better show the fuck up this time. Lets do it, I’ve been waiting for too long now,” Vettori said.
Whittaker only responded with “Paris,” and a photo of himself.

The fight will likely be three rounds.
On the same card, Cyril Gane will face Tai Tuivasa, and the winner will most likely fight for the title.
Whittaker tried to defeat Adesanya for the second time. He believed that he did enough to earn the title, but judges saw the fight differently.
Well, “better than the first one,” he said.
Vettori failed to win the title in a rematch with “The Last Stylebender” too. Judges scored both bouts.
