Mayweather Addresses McGregor Racial Remarks

Conor McGregor was in hot water after the first two legs of the Mayweather-McGregor world tour, as a few comments he made towards Floyd Mayweather were toeing the line of racism. McGregor addressed these comments during his speech at the Brooklyn press conference on Thursday, but he did so with a crass joke that only upped the controversy.

Following the Brooklyn event, Mayweather spoke with reporters and was clearly frustrated with McGregor’s antics.

“He totally disrespected my daughter,” Mayweather said, referring to a moment where McGregor appeared to say something to Mayweather’s daughter on the stage. “He totally disrespected black women.”
