For the past few months, Floyd Mayweather has been openly discussing that if he ever did fight again, it would be in Mixed Martial Arts.
During a tour of the Philippines, the currently retired boxer was asked about a return to fighting. Mayweather made it clear that he’s not ruling out a return to fighting, but is enjoying retirement.
“As of right now, I’m touring around the world, doing different things, embracing my fans, getting love from all around the world, right now I’m just travelling.” Mayweather said to ABS-CBN News.
“I don’t know what the future holds, but as of right now, I’m retired. I’m not thinking about fighting right now.”
Mayweather has been in talks with not only the UFC, but with UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley to train him for the Octagon.
