Mayweather Invests In NYC SkyScraper

It seems Floyd Mayweather’s MMA career will be put on hold, as the retired boxer is looking to go into the New York real estate business.

Mayweather, who was set to train with Tyron Woodley, is now taking his time to join the team developing the One Vanderbilt project, a skyscraper set to be one of the tallest in New York City.

“I’ve been working with my real estate buddies, my real estate guys,”Mayweather told

“The project I’m working on now is called One Vanderbilt… It’s going to be taller than the Empire State building. We are also putting an observation deck on the building.”

The building when completed in 2020 will stand at 1,301 ft, standing behind 432 Park Avenue and One World Trade Center.
