Mayweather Shows Off McGregor Painting
Given the amount of money he made off the Conor McGregor mega-fight, it makes sense that Floyd Mayweather no longer holds animosity for his former opponent. But few expected the 50-0 boxer to put up a painting of McGregor in his home.
On Tuesday Mayweather took to social media to show off his two new paintings, one of him and one of the Irish superstar.
“Exclusive timeless artwork in my Beverly Hills home,” Mayweather wrote.

Mayweather defeated McGregor by 10th round TKO last month, capping off what is one of the most lucrative boxing events of all time. Official pay-per-view numbers for Mayweather-McGregor have not been confirmed yet, but early reports have it in the neighborhood of the 4.6 million buys generated by Mayweather’s 2015 fight with Manny Pacquiao.
Following the fight, Mayweather and McGregor paid respects to each other despite the escalating tension prior to the fight. At the end of the day, the two fighters needed each other to generate that type of payday, so Floyd’s minor tribute to the MMA star is a nice bookend to a strange but successful blockbuster event.
