McDonald Won’t Require Hand Surgery

Following his devastating stoppage win over Eduardo Danatas, where Dantas would end up fracturing his leg after falling over his ankle, McDonald would also fall onto the injured list.

McDonald, who had fractured his right hand in past, vowed to throw “lighter” punches, would end up fracturing his left hand with a ferocious ground and pound to end the fight.

“You know man, I broke my left hand, I can feel it, I broke my hand,” McDonald said in the post fight interview. “I hit a little too hard for my body frame. I don’t know how long I can do this if I keep breaking my body in every fight.”

McDonald would give an update on Tuesday, informing his fans that he would not require surgery for his hand.
