The corner for Conor McGregor’s boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather has been announced via MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani.
The four spots will be comprised ofe SBG striking coach Owen Roddy, SBG head coach John Kavanagh, UFC featherweight Artem Lobov, and cutman Tommy McCormack.
Roddy, an Irish MMA pioneer and longtime teammate of McGregor, will be the lead cornerman, meaning he will be the only individual allowed in the ring with McGregor between rounds.
McCormack is a veteran Irish cutman who has worked corners across boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai in his career.
