McGregor Schedules October 24th Press Conference In Moscow

In the midst of another sexual assault allegation, Conor McGregor has decided to address what many appear to be his fighting future on October 24th, in Moscow, Russia.

The former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion is currently under investigation for two separate sexual assaults, one earlier this year, while the other, reported earlier this month. McGregor’s initial July UFC return was scuttled after McGregor broke his hand while training for a comeback against Justin Gaethje.

The news first reported by Tass, a Russian news site, was done in conjunction with sports betting platform, Parlimatch, which features McGregor as an ambassador.

“McGregor will meet with reporters on October 24. This is the first such event involving McGregor in Russia,” the release stated.

McGregor is set to address why he’s in  Russia, his training regime and his current physical condition.

“Perhaps he will make statements about his imminent return to the octagon,” the release also stated.
