Michael Page And Mike Perry To Face Off At Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship 27

One of the most intriguing fight bookings of the year is about to be hosted by Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.

On Thursday, the promotion announced that the Bellator star Michael “Venom” Page will be facing off against former UFC veteran Mike Perry in London at Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship 27 on August 20.

“This will be one of the biggest fights of the year,” BKFC promoter Dave Feldman said. “MVP versus Platinum Perry is truly a fan’s fight. Two guys that come forward and have power in both hands.”

While Perry is signed as a BKFC fighter, Page is currently signed with Bellator. However, officials from Belator confirmed to ESPN that Page will be competing in this bout as a one-off with BKFC.

Page, 35, is coming off a split-decision loss to Logan Storley in a Bellator interim welterweight title fight last month. The English fighter, nicknamed “MVP,” was on a six-fight winning streak before that defeat. He also has 2-0 record as a pro boxer, having last competed in 2018.

Perry, 30, debuted with BKFC in February, where he beat another former UFC fighter, Julian Lane, via unanimous decision. He signed with BKFC in October after his UFC contract expired. Nicknamed “Platinum,” Perry won seven of his last 10 UFC fights before leaving the promotion.
