Miguel Baeza Vs. Dhiego Lima Added To April Fight Card, Both Looking For Wins

The UFC is starting to stack up its fights for the April card.

Dhiego Lima (15-9) faces Miguel Baeza (10-2) on April 16 in a UFC Fight Night event that has yet to be announced.
Lima has been a member of the UFC for a while.

He signed in 2014, but the promotion cut him in 2015 after suffering three losses in his four UFC contests. But the UFC signed him for the second time in 2017, and since that time, he fought seven times and earned three victories only.

He is currently on a two-fight losing streak; both defeats were in 2021.

Baeza was undefeated before signing in the UFC.

His start was very successful when he earned four victories in a row including one in Dana White’s Contender Series and three in the UFC, but his last two appearances were not the best of him.

Argentinian Santiago Ponzinibbio served him his first-ever loss, and then he suffered another defeat against Kalinn Williams.

Here’s the projected April 16 lineup so far:

  • Brandon Jenkins vs. Drakkar Klose
  • Miguel Baeza vs. Dhiego Lima
