Mike Tyson Hits Some Turbulence

Mike Tyson suffered some turbulence during a flight over the weekend on May 26 ahead of his fight with Jake Paul.

According to In Touch Weekly, Tyson required medics while travelling from Miami to Los Angeles. A witness claimed they were unsure if doctors took Tyson off the plane. However, the flight was delayed by two hours as the ex-Undisputed Heavyweight Champion was helped by medical staff.

“Mike had some kind of medical emergency on the plane, and paramedics boarded. Before the paramedics arrived, the flight issued an announcement asking for a doctor — the message even came on everyone’s screens,” In Touch Weekly

Tyson’s team has said the boxer is fine, saying the problem was due to an ulcer.

“Thankfully Mr. Tyson is doing great. He became nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare-up 30 minutes before landing. He is appreciative to the medical staff that were there to help him.”
