Cris Cyborg is back in the octagon.

Cyborg (24-2), the Bellator’s women’s featherweight queen, will defend her title against Sinead Kavanagh (7-4) at Bellator 271. This event will take place in Hollywood on November 12.

The last time Cyborg fought was at Bellator 259, defending her title for the second time against Leslie Smith.

She defeated her via TKO just nine seconds before the fifth-round bell, adding her 19th TKO victory.

Cyborg is one of the most titular female fighters in MMA. She is a former UFC, Invicta FC, Strikeforce and currently Bellator champion.

Her rival will be Kavanagh from Dublin, Ireland.

After a successful amateur boxing career, Sinead turned into a professional MMA fighter in 2015.

She is training in the famous Conor McGregor’s gym under John Kavanagh, McGregor’s head coach and Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach. For this moment, the Irish fighter is on a two-fight winning streak against Olga Rubin and Katharina Lehner.

Only one more fight is scheduled for the card, which is a heavyweight bout between Linton Vassell and Tyrell Fortune.
