Mousasi-Lovato Jr Added To Bellator 214

Looking to stack the deck against UFC 233 on January 26th, Bellator has announced the return of Gegard Mousasi for the co-main event of Bellator 214.

Following Mousasi’s win over Rory MacDonald this fall, the Bellator Middleweight champion faces undefeated Rafael Lovato Jr. on a card featuring the finals of the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix as Ryan Bader looks to become a double champion against Fedor Emelianenko.

Mousasi has made waves since joining the Bellator roster in 2017, with not only his super fight TKO of MacDonald, but wins over former champion Rafael Carvalho and his debut against Alexander Shlemenko.

Lovato Jr. walks in to the Bellator cage for the sixth time and his first title opportunity on January 26th, last appearing with a submission win over John Salter at Bellator 205.
