MTK Signs Dave Allen To A Multi-Fight Deal
At only 27, Dave Allen has become a hot commodity in boxing’s heavyweight scene. Knowing this, MTK Global has decided to lock Allen up to an exclusive deal.
“I have friends signed with MTK Global and I’ve heard nothing but great things about how professional they are,” Allen stated via a press release. “For the last few years, I’ve been doing everything myself and I thought it was time to bring in professional help.”
Known as “The White Rhino”, Allen (18-5-2) has fought multiple times for the Commonwealth Heavyweight Title. He has faced some of the top fighters out there today in Dillian Whyte, Luis Ortiz, Lucas Browne and David Price. Allen lost to the latter back in July, ending a four-fight win streak. The Doncaster native rebounded with a knockout-win over Dorian Darch back in February.
“I just want to be in the biggest fights possible,” Allen continued. “I could argue my career has been perfect so far minus the money and titles so for the next few years it’s about setting myself up for life financially and hopefully picking up a belt or two.”
It is unknown when his debut fight will be for the promotion. With the heavyweight boxing scene as big as it ever has been, Allen is hoping to secure his spot for a world title opportunity.
“We believe there is so much more for Dave to achieve,” MTK Global VP Jamie Conlan stated. “With our guidance, he can focus fully on pushing himself into becoming the very best ‘White Rhino’ he can be and winning titles sooner rather than later.”
