Nate Diaz Goes To Social Media, Asks For Release From UFC
One of UFC’s stars, Nate Diaz, does not have a great relationship with the promotion. There was a time when contract details were the problem, but since he has failed to receive a fight, he wants to be released from the promotion.
“I Would like to request to be released from the @ufc@danawhite@hunter I apologize for asking online, but u don’t give me a fight asap I got s– to do.”
“Mother f— be crying because they get dropped from the UFC. I can’t pay out this b—.”
Even though he only earned 2 victories in his last 3 battles, he is still considered to be a fan favorite. Diaz’s popularity with the fans has made him a famous star.
His latest victory was against Anthony Pettis at UFC 241, but he hard fought battles against Jorge Masvidal for the BMF belt and a title eliminator fight against Leon Edwards at UFC 263.
Diaz was supposed to conclude his trilogy fight with Conor McGregor. He also agreed on a verbal challenge from No. 4 ranked Welterweight Vicente Luque. And there have been talks about him possibly fighting Khamzat Chimaev, but this fight also failed to happen. The amount of failed fight negotiations has left Diaz wanting to leave the UFC.
