Nelson-Kharitonov To Co-Headline Bellator 207

Roy Nelson looking for a big return to the Bellator cage on the same night his rival Matt Mitrione looks to punch his ticket to the Heavyweight Grand Prix Finals.

Nelson enters the co-main event of Bellator 207, as he faces off against a returning Sergei Kharitonov on October 12th at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

This will be Nelson’s third fight for Nelson inside Bellator, and looking to rebound from his Bellator 194 loss to Mitrione in the opening round of the tournament to crown a new heavyweight champion.

Kharitonov, a former PRIDE standout is 1-1 inside the Bellator cage, also looking to comeback from a loss, as he would be knocked out in 16 seconds by Javy Ayala at Bellator 163.
