‘Next Stop… Atlanta!!’: Nico Ali Walsh, Olympian Duke Ragan Reportedly Added To Shakur Stevenson-Jamel Herring Undercard
The boxing world hasn’t seen the last of Nico Ali Walsh and Duke Ragan just yet.
Walsh, Muhammad Ali’s grandson, and Ragan, an Olympic silver medalist, will be fighting in the undercard of the Shakur Stevenson-Jamel Herring WBO 130-pound title fight on October 23 in Atlanta. Their opponents have yet to be named, ESPN reported.
The October matchup would be Walsh’s second professional boxing bout. He debuted on August 14 where he knocked out Jordan Weeks just moments into the first round.

Ragan was making headlines during the Tokyo Olympic games this past month as one of the Team USA boxers who was keeping hopes alive. But he lost the featherweight gold medal match to Albert Batyrgaziev of Russia.
His last pro fight was in April where he won a six-round unanimous decision over Charles Clark. His record is four wins, no losses and one knockout. He has been pro for a little over a year.
