O’Malley And Dvalishvili Face Off At Final UFC 306 Presser

Sean O’Malley and Merab Dvalishvili had a heated face-off during their final pre-fight presser ahead of their UFC 306 clash on Saturday, live from The Sphere.

O’Malley will make the second defense of his UFC Bantamweight Title. He defeated Marlon Vera at UFC 299 in his last fight to avenge his only UFC loss. Merab has ten wins in a row. He is coming off a win against Henry Cejudo at UFC 298. A win sets up a possible fight against Umar Nurmagomedov. In the face-off, O’Malley took his jacket off before walking towards Merab. Dana White made sure they were kept apart as they both exchanged verbals.

In the co-main event, Alex Grasso defends her UFC Flyweight Belt against Valentina Shevchenko in their trilogy. Grasso won the first fight at UFC 285, but their UFC Noche clash ended in a controversial split draw. Mike Bell’s 10-8 scorecard for Grasso in the final round prevented Valentina from getting the win. They faced off as rival coaches on the TUF 32 series, as the trilogy will cap off who is the best flyweight. Their face-off was very cordial.
