ONE Announces Flyweight/Lightweight Grand Prix Starts

ONE Championship’s attempt at expansion will continue in 2019, as they’ve officially announced the start dates for two Grand Prix tournaments.

The ONE lightweight World Grand Prix, which will feature former UFC and Bellator champion Eddie Alvarez will begin on February 22nd in Singapore, with the ONE flyweight World Grand Prix starting a month later on March 31st in Tokyo.

The announcement was made by ONE CEO Chatri Sityodtong on Thursday a few days after announcing their deal with Turner Sports that will see cards air on their B/R Live streaming service, with additional programming on TNT.
