Live from inside the world-famous Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, ONE Championship’s live broadcast will return to Amazon Prime Video on May 15th with ONE Fight Night 43.
Scheduled for the main event of the evening, Kai Tang (19-4) will attempt to defend his 155-pound world title for the first time against Shamil Gasanov (16-1). Gasanov has had his eye on the 155-pound belt for some time now, and with seven wins in eight appearances, he certainly now deserves his opportunity. But will the Russian be able to deal with the heavy-handed striking of China’s Kai Tang, who boasts five knockout finishes in his nine ONE Championship showings?
ONE Fight Night 43: Tang vs. Gasanov is set to go down on May 15th. Despite the fact that the fights are taking place in Thailand, this event caters well to the North American viewing audience given the card begins at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. The event is expected to feature nine bouts, spanning the disciplines of Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, and of course, MMA.
