Ortiz-Del Rio Set For Combate Americas

Just over a year after the disastrous debut of Golden Boy MMA, Tito Ortiz will return to Mixed Martial Arts, debuting for Combate Americas.

His debut is set for December 7th in Hidalgo, Texas as he will face off against former WWE champion and Combate executive Alberto Rodriguez, known as Alberto Del Rio/ El Patron from his pro wrestling career.

The December 7th showdown at the Payne Arena was made official via ESPN’s Ariel Helwani MMA Show on Monday and will air on Pay-Per-View with an undercard yet to be announced.
