Ostovich Among Those Pulled From UFC Uruguay

On Monday, UFC flyweight Rachael Ostovich, was one of three fighters pulled from the UFC’s August 10th event from Montevideo, Uruguay,

In what was meant to be her first fight since a January loss to Paige VanZant, Ostovich was yanked from the fight with Veronica Macedo for an unannounced reason.

Ostovich is replaced by Polyana Viana, who joins Rodrigo Vargas as a replacement fighter, who will step in for Rafael Fiziev against lightweight Alex de Silva.

Welterweight Laureano Staropoli is also off the August 10th card after breaking his nose training for a fight with Alexey Kuchenko.
