Pacquiao, Horn Face Off in Australia

Manny Pacquiao returns to the ring this July, facing Australian welterweight Jeff Horn in Brisbane, Australia. The fight will be a title defense of the WBO welterweight belt that Pacquiao won back in November when he beat Jesse Vargas by unanimous decision.

The fight went through an interesting negotiation process for months: Horn was first selected as Manny’s challenger, before Pacquiao decided to chase a bigger fight with Amir Khan in the United Arab Emirates. That fight fell through and Horn was once again picked for a fight in his home country.
