Paramount+ Price Increase Set For 2026 As UFC Deal Kicks Off
Subscribers to Paramount+ should prepare for a price increase, which is slated to take effect in the first quarter of 2026.
Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison confirmed the news, although the new prices have not yet been revealed. Paramount+ currently costs $7.99 per month/$59.99 per year (essential plan with ads), or $12.99 per month/ ($119.99 per year premium plan with no ads). The price hike was an inevitability following Paramount paying $7.7 billion dollars to acquire the exclusive broadcast rights to the UFC.
All UFC events—including the numbered pay-per-view (PPV) events—will air exclusively on Paramount+’ although there still may be one-off fees for select PPV events. Furthermore, Paramount has also added Zuffa Boxing, a new promotion led by Dana White and Nick Khan, to its 2026 lineup.
