Pimblett Reveals Massive Weight Gain

Paddy Pimblett (23-4) has revealed he is currently weighing 188 pounds, seven weeks out from his 155-pound bout against Benoit Saint-Denis (17-3, 1 NC) on July 11, however he insists his weight cut is on track.

“The weight is actually sound. You can all think what you want. You have all these stupid dietitians and fight dietitians posting pictures of me. You can’t even make your own fighters make weight,” Pimblett

The 31-year-old Pimblett, who typically rehydrates to approximately 190-pounds on fight night, just 24-36 hours after officially weighting in, admitted to putting on weight following his loss to Justin Gaethje on January 24, where he suffered a defeat that pushed him to the brink, having previously revealed he came within one pound of kidney failure during a weight cut.
