Popular MMA Fighter Paige VanZant Might Continue Her Career In Bellator

Paige VanZant’s husband, Austin Vanderford, hopes that his wife will be back to the MMA and sign in the Bellator just like him.

VanZant was a free agent after leaving the UFC, and she signed the new contract with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. So far, she suffered the second loss in a row, but before the second fight, she mentioned that it was one of the best decisions to leave the UFC and sign with BKFC.

But Vanderford said they plan to discuss all the opportunities they will have after the contract expires.

“Yeah, for sure, she knows how much I love Bellator and how well (they) have treated me with my career and whatnot,” Vanderford said. “And they were adamant from the get-go that this was my career and nothing that Paige did matter and all that. They’ve kept their word and everything.”

“They’ve treated me really well, and I can’t say enough good things about Bellator,” he added. “So she knows that, and she’s seen all that, and just the whole staff, it’s a family.”

Even though VanZant suffered two losses in a row, she still has one fight left in this promotion.

“So no secret, that’s where I want her to be, so that’s where I’m gonna really be pushing her,” he said.
