It took Itauma only 35 seconds to knock out his opponent, Ramon Ibarra.
Itauma, who is only 18 years old, won his second professional fight and handed the four-fight beginner his first loss.
That naturally raised a lot of hype around the boxer, who will be participating in another fight on April 15th, 2023, at the Copper Box Arena.
The upcoming event will be headlined by the Joe Joyce vs Zhilei Zhang fight.
And as that fight closely emerges, question marks are already emerging over whether Itauma can live up to his potential and overthrow Mike Tyson’s record.
Tyson made an impressive demonstration of his abilities and potential when he knocked out Joe Cortez in the Youth Olympics final in 1981, which gained worldwide recognition.
The then 15-year-old managed to defeat his opponent in Australia in only 10 seconds.

And by the looks of it, the boxing community on social media were excited at the chance of seeing him excel.
