Evans vs Kennedy Rescheduled

Rashad Evans vs Tim Kennedy, which was originally scheduled for UFC 205 in Madison Square Garden, has been rescheduled for UFC 206 following Evans abruptly being pulled from the fight. UFC released a statement that reads as follows:

“The UFC organization was notified today that the New York State Athletic Commission has denied Rashad Evans a license to compete at UFC 205 due to a medical issue. Evans’ scheduled bout against Tim Kennedy this coming Saturday, November 12 in New York, will be removed from the fight card. However, both athletes will receive their show money.  There are currently no plans to replace this bout.”

Evans vs Kennedy will take place in Toronto on December 10..
