Ricky Hatton Calls Out Tyson Fury Over The Big Fights

Ricky Hatton has highlighted Tyson Fury’s failure to make the big fights happen in the heavyweight division.

Reports indicate that Saudi Arabia is keen on having a four-man heavyweight tournament in December. However, fights with Joshua, Fury, Deontay Wilder and Oleksandr Usyk have failed to materialize.

Fury himself was criticized for not fighting Usyk despite the latter agreeing to a 70-30 split. Meanwhile, Joshua has failed to agree to a 60-40 offer sent by Fury to fight in September.

With that being said, this is what Hatton had to say

Reaction

“I know the social media world we live in you have to big up fights and if the AJ and Usyk fights aren’t coming he’s not going to sit on his backside waiting for them.

“So, I get why he’s calling out other people, but I think they all want to be fighting each other now. They’ve done so much in their own careers that fighting each other is the only fights they’ll be bothered about.

“I know Tyson wants those fights, but even me as someone who wants Tyson to have those fights because I know how much it means to him, even I don’t know what to believe,” Hatton
