Rico Verhoeven Seeks Redemption

On December 9th, GLORY’s heavyweight champion Rico Verhoeven is looking for redemption against the #3 ranked heavyweight, Jamal Ben Saddik.

Ben Saddik has defeated Verohoeven in 2011, and in an exclusive conversation with FIGHT SPORTS, Rico said that if he had advice for his 2011 self, it would “to be looser” inside the ring. Telling FIGHT SPORTS that he felt the pressure of being the best six years ago, and that pressure left him tight and not as focused as he wanted to be.

Rico feels like he is the best he has ever been and that he will get redemption on December 9th in Rotterdam.
