Rousey Posts Vague Message, Return Imminent?

Ronda Rousey was quiet in the buildup to her UFC 207 comeback fight with Amanda Nunes, and she remained out of the limelight after losing the fight in devastating fashion. She has remained active on her Instagram account however, and her latest post has fans wondering if she is mulling a return to the Octagon.

Rousey, who prefers to post cryptic messages on social media rather than straightforward updates, posted this photograph on Monday:

"A ship in the harbor is safe but that’s not what ships are for," the quote reads.

Though it may be nothing more than an inspirational message Rousey likes, fans have begun speculating that Rousey is suggesting she isn’t content being sidelined from fighting and wants to continue fighting.

Fans shouldn’t be too quick to get excited, however. UFC President Dana White was the last one to speak publicly about Rousey’s fighting future, and he said that she is most likely never fighting again.
