Ryan Garcia Plans To KO ‘Hating Asses’ Teofimo Lopez, Gervonta Davis, & Devin Haney

Ryan Garcia hasn’t taken too kindly to three lightweight champions.

Garcia’s stock has been rising and he can keep the momentum going if he gets past Luke Campbell. The two will collide for the interim WBC Lightweight Championship on January 2. While Garcia has his sights set on the task at hand, he also isn’t afraid to lay out future plans.

There is some elite talent at lightweight. Along with Garcia, there is WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and WBC (Franchise) Champion Teofimo Lopez. Then there’s the secondary WBA Champion Gervonta Davis. Devin Haney also holds the standard WBC gold.

Garcia has had a crossword with all of those men and wants to put them all to sleep. Speaking to Fight Hub TV, “KingRy” said he wants to finish Lopez, Davis, and Haney (h/t Bad Left Hook).

“I mean, that’s just how it is. I put myself in a great position to be where I’m at. They made fun of me a lot and they try to bash my social media and they try to do whatever they could to do tamper my name, but, like I said, the truth always prevails. I was the smarter man when it comes to marketing and I’m gonna be the smarter man in the ring. All that hate, all that bitterness is gonna be the thing that backfires on all of them.

“I see Teofimo Lopez, I see all of them hating asses — they’re all hating — and look it, that hates gonna disguise itself and it’s gonna blind them. They’re gonna run into one of my shots, they’re gonna be knocked out — every single one of them.”
