Sean Strickland Involved In Road Rage Incident

UFC middleweight contender Sean Strickland was involved in a heated verbal exchange with another individual on the road that almost turned into a brawl this past weekend.

Recently, the 30-year-old fighter was on his way back home when he had a slight altercation with another driver. Strickland posted a short video on his Instagram story where he was seen allegedly threatening the fellow driver to fight.

Strickland was heard saying, “Pull down your window. Do you have a gun or a knife? I’m saying I’ll pull over. No guns or knives.”

It’s not the first time Strickland has found himself in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Previously, Strickland has been making callouts in his post-fight interview, has openly discussed his murder fantasies and a neo-Nazi past, which has redirected severe criticism towards the Anaheim native.

Following his recent win over Uriah Hall at UFC Vegas 33, Strickland articulated his desire to kill someone in the octagon. Considering his controversial past, this drew a strong reaction from the audience as well as media personnel questioning his mental status.

Lately, Strickland has been involved in physical altercations with his fellow gym partners and has openly hinted at his obsession with pornography. Strickland also stated that he will be the last man UFC would want as a champion.

Strickland was expected to fight Luke Rockhold at UFC 267 but the fight was called off with Rockhold suffering a lingering back injury. The Anaheim native decided to pull off the card and is still waiting for the next opponent.
