Security Footage Released In Gervonta Davis Battery Case

Security footage has been released of Gervonta Davis (30-0-1), which formed part of the domestic violence allegations made against him by his ex-girlfriend. 

The footage shows Davis approaching the woman, who was working as a VIP server at a strip club. Davis is seen grabbing her by the neck and hair before forcefully pushing her through a hallway and down a flight of stairs toward the exit.

While the video contains no audio and does not show Davis striking, it was enough for the lawsuit to move forward. Davis’ false imprisonment charges were dropped, while he denies the domestic violence allegations. 

On March 30, 2026, Davis filed a countersuit worth $20 million, alleging that the woman attempted to extort him for $1.1 million to keep the allegations private. Davis characterizes the lawsuit as a “calculated shakedown” that sabotaged his business relationships, as he missed out on the Jake Paul fight.
