Sparring Partner: Manny Can Knock Out Broner

According to his sparring partner, a 39-year old Manny Pacquiao has what it takes to knock out Adrien Broner on January 19th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao defends his WBA “regular” welterweight title against the Ohio native, and George Kambosos, who’s sparred with Pacquiao, feels that the Filipino senator can drop “The Problem.”

“If someone’s gonna knock Broner out, Manny can do it,” Kambosos told The Inquirer.

With three losses to his record, Broner has yet to be dropped by an opponent, as Shawn Porter, Mikey Garcia, and Marcos Maidana have taken wins over Broner by decision.

“I expect Manny to win every round, win convincingly. It’s not an easy fight. Broner is a hell of a fighter, a good boxer and he’s training very, very hard for this fight. This is an opportunity for him to push his career back up. He needs this win but Manny understands that.”
