Tanner Boser Vs. Andrei Arlovski Reportedly Set For October 3 UFC Event
One of the most unique fighters competing today will get a chance to continue his huge 2020 against a former UFC champion.
According to TSN, Tanner Boser will face off against Andrei Arlovski on October 3.
Boser (19-6-1) has impressed since making his UFC debut in 2019. Following a career in Unified MMA and Absolute Championship Berkut, Boser joined the UFC with a 1-1-1 record in his last three fights. The 29-year-old won his UFC debut against Daniel Spitz but lost his last bout to Ciryl Gane. “The Bulldozer” would win two quick fights in 2020; he beat Philipe Lins via KO on June 27 and a month later (July 26) he beat Raphael Pessoa via TKO.
The heavyweight with a mullet teased a new fight during a Twitter post earlier this weekend.

Arlovski (29-19, 2 NC) has been fighting since 1999. Debuting with the UFC in 2000, “The Pitbull” left the promotion in 2008 and competed for the likes of Affliction, EliteXC, Strikeforce, and World Series of Fighting. He rejoined the UFC in 2014 and has gone 8-9 with one no-contest. Winning the UFC Heavyweight Title in 2005, Arlovski is 2-1 in his last three fights. His last fight was a unanimous decision win over Lins back in May.
The October 3 event does not have a location or venue as of this moment. Las Vegas or “Fight Island” are the current options at play. The planned bout joins Germaine de Randamie v. Julianna Pena on the card.
