While weekly editions of ONE Championship’s ‘Friday Fights’ are quite heavily focused around Muay Thai showcasing, they often have quite exciting matchups featuring international MMA prospects, and this week is no different.
Kicking things off in the first on the card, the undefeated Sardor Karimboev (3-0) from Uzbekistan will make his ONE Championship debut. Karimboev will be riding the momentum of his two submission wins in 2024, and will hope to catch the eye of the promotion’s matchmakers while he squares off with Eurasia’s Roman Popov (2-1), a fellow debutant.
In the event’s 2nd and final MMA bout of the night, Jayson Miralpez (4-1) of the Philippines will be hoping to follow up his knockout win back in February at ONE Friday Fights 97 with another win this Friday. Standing in his way of this success is China’s Yeerzhati Gemingnuer, who has not lost a bout since 2020.
ONE Friday Fights 113 will take place inside the world-famous Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. The Livestream of the event will be available for free on YouTube for North American viewers beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET / 5:30 a.m. PT on Friday, June 20th.
