Three Musical Acts Announced For Teofimo Lopez vs. George Kambosos
Three musical acts have been lined up for a concert that’ll be held before Teofimo Lopez vs. George Kambosos.
Triller is promoting Lopez vs. Kambosos on June 19. The action will be held inside Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. Kavanaugh has promised that boxing purists will feel at home with this event as opposed to the long wait time for Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren due to musical performances, comedy, and a slap fight.
One way that Triller plans on achieving this goal is by having a concert before the boxing event instead of during it. The company has announced three musical acts with more being announced soon. The three announced performers are Meek Mill, Myke Towers, and Lunay.
In a press release, Triller partner, Snoop Dogg, said the concert will rival that of a major festival.
“This line-up will be as good as the best of the best festivals. For the first time ever we’re offering fans two for one, come see an epic world-class concert followed by the year’s most important boxing event.”
Triller’s Ryan Kavanaugh also chimed in, saying that viewers and fans in attendance will have the freedom to choose whether or not they want to stay for the concert, the boxing card, or both.
“Come for the concert, come for the Greatest Showman show, come for the dancing, come for the boxing, or come for it all. Unlike past events, the concert will be first, so if you only want the concert, you can do that. If it’s not your cup of tea, come for the boxing and the show, or come for all of it. We have something for everyone.”
