TKO 2026 Quarter 2 Revenue Reports Reveal Considerable Net Income Increase
TKO Group Holdings reported a total of $1.547 billion in revenue between April and June of 2026, making it clear their fusion of UFC and WWE is paying off handsomely for shareholders.
The parent company of both promotions also reported a $54.1 million net income increase from the first quarter of 2026, totalling a net income of $303.9 million between April and June 2026.
TKO took a significant loss of about $30 million producing the onetime UFC Freedom 250 event from the South Lawn of the White House on June 14th. But despite the loss, the company justified the revenue dip by indicating that the connections made, exposure, and potential opportunities to come outweigh the financial burden that led to the success of the event.
“Despite a challenging global environment, TKO delivered solid results in Q2, with strong momentum heading into the back half of the year,” TKO CEO Ari Emanuel said in a written statement. “Premium live content and experiences are heating up in an increasingly AI-driven world, and our businesses are well positioned to fully capitalize on societal secular tailwinds.”
While both UFC and WWE reported strong revenue increases last quarter, it seems to be the MMA counterpart that is carrying most of the weight. Between April and June 2026, the UFC reported an increase of $119.8 million in revenue, while the WWE reported $64.7 million.
