TKO’s Ari Emanuel And Mark Shapiro Purchase Stake In Las Vegas Raiders

TKO Group Holdings CEO Ari Emanuel and president Mark Shapiro have been approved as minority shareholders in the Las Vegas Raiders at the NFL league meetings this week, with Emanuel purchasing a 1.4% stake and Shapiro 0.6%.

The Las Vegas Raiders are currently valued at approximately $9.9 billion. Mark Davis, who inherited the franchise from his father Al Davis, retains around 30% ownership — the minimum required by the NFL for a designated controlling owner. TKO Group Holdings is the parent company of the UFC, which has been based in Las Vegas for decades. The move extends the UFC’s strong relationship in Las Vegas, where the promotion has the UFC Apex facility, staging their cards yearly.
