Two More Arrested In UFC White House Attack Plot

Two additional suspects have been charged in connection with the alleged plot to carry out an attack at UFC Freedom 250, bringing the total number in custody to seven as the manhunt for remaining conspirators continues.

William Lee Spartacus Falkner was arrested in Washington state on Friday and Jordan W. Rincker was arrested in Missouri on Sunday. Both have been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit murder.

Falkner is accused of discussing how to deploy explosive-laden drones during online communications. Rincker’s alleged role was accepting $1,200 from a previously arrested conspirator to distribute to others involved in the plot, met that individual in Omaha, Nebraska, and handed over a 12-gauge pump shotgun.

In return, Rincker allegedly received a ballistic plate, a 3D printer and other items. Investigators searching his home and a storage container on Sunday recovered two rifles, a 9mm pistol, a 3D-printed Glock-style handgun, a gas mask, ballistic plate, plate carrier, shield and additional items.

The original investigation started on June 10 when the mother of 19-year-old Ohio suspect Tycen Proper contacted local authorities after growing alarmed by her son’s behavior. Proper’s phone revealed Signal chats containing maps of Washington D.C., sniper positions, drone launch sites and escape routes. Authorities believe approximately 23 people were involved.
